Abstract

Digifoto Sukabumi as a service company must be able to provide quality photo services so that consumers feel satisfied so as to generate increased income from the results of repeated use of services from consumers themselves. To achieve this requires good communication between employees in improving company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group communication on company performance. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods with associative testing and descriptive explanations. The research subjects were 133 consumers of Digifoto Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis technique (t test), correlation coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the linear regression test found that group communication had a positive effect on the performance of the Digifoto Sukabumi company. The results of the correlation coefficient test found that there was a strong relationship between group communication and company performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the company's performance variable can be explained by the group communication variable of 50.60%, while the remaining 49.40% is explained by factors outside of this study.
